My reminders are late or missing
Allow notifications and the alarms and reminders (exact alarm) permission for Pingr in Android settings. Then turn off battery optimisation for Pingr. The app has a help screen that walks through this on your phone.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and pick Pingr. The app’s Settings also links there.
I reinstalled the app. How do I get my subscription back?
Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
How do I connect Google Calendar and Google Tasks?
In the app, open Settings, then Google integration. Sign in and pick the calendars and lists to sync. You can disconnect anytime and keep or remove the imported items.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app, open Settings, then Data to export your calendar as an .ics file or import one. Delete account is in Settings. Both stay available even if your subscription has ended.
Can I undo something the AI did?
Yes. Every AI action appears as a normal item and can be undone.
