Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and Paulus Iskandar, an individual sole trader of Jl Taman Ubud Asri I No. 15, Tangerang, Banten 15810, Indonesia, trading as Pingr ("we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Pingr website at pingr.360framed.com, the web app, the Android application and everything related (the "Service").

By creating an account, ticking the box to accept these Terms, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service. When you sign up you confirm this by ticking a box (or by continuing with Google or GitHub). If you are under 18, or the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you and remains responsible. We will close any account we find belongs to someone below the minimum age.

You may not use the Service if the law of your country forbids it, or if you are in a country under comprehensive trade sanctions or on a sanctions list.

3. The Service

Pingr is an app for reminders, tasks and calendar events, with alerts, optional Google Calendar and Google Tasks sync, .ics import and export, event guests, and optional AI features.

Alerts depend on your phone. Pingr schedules them on your device so they work offline, but Android settings (battery optimisation, notification and alarm permissions, Do Not Disturb, a switched-off or restarted device) can delay or stop them. We cannot guarantee that every alert is delivered on time, so please do not rely on Pingr alone for anything where a missed or late alert could cause harm, such as medication, safety or legal deadlines.

Pingr is an organising tool, not professional advice. AI output is automated, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you must check it before relying on it.

4. AI features

AI features are on by default and can be switched off in Settings > AI. When you use them, the text you submit and the context needed (such as titles, times and notes) are sent to third-party AI providers solely to produce the result, as the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for what you submit; do not submit content you have no right to share or other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

5. Accounts and security

You must give accurate information and keep your email current. You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account; turn on two-factor authentication to protect it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. You may have one account per person, and may not share or sell your account.

6. Subscription, trial and pricing

Pingr is a paid service. A single subscription includes every feature, with no free tier and no usage-based charge. You can start with a 7-day free trial on either plan. Reference prices are US$1.99 per month or US$19.99 per year; the price and any tax shown by Google Play at checkout in your country are the binding ones, and may differ by country and currency.

Subscriptions are bought only in the Android app through Google Play; the website sells nothing. Without an active trial or subscription you can still sign in, export your data and delete your account.

7. Billing, automatic renewal and cancellation

Google Play charges your payment method at the end of the free trial and then at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. We send a reminder the day before the trial converts. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the period ends; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Pingr account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription, so cancel in Google Play first. Restore purchases in the app recovers a subscription on a new device.

8. Refunds and statutory rights

Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies, and we cannot refund a Google Play charge ourselves; request refunds from Google. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Pingr. You give us a limited licence to store, process, back up and display it, and to send it to the processors in the Privacy Policy, only to run the Service for you. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. Data you import from Google, from .ics files or from your phone stays yours; Google data is handled as the Privacy Policy section "Google user data" describes.

Invites you send to guests are emails from our server on your behalf. Only invite people who expect to hear from you.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law or others' rights; send spam or unwanted invites; probe, attack or overload the Service, or bypass its security or limits; scrape it or access it by automated means other than our apps and published APIs; reverse engineer it; resell it; use it to build a competing service; or upload malware or content you have no right to share.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, name and logo belong to Paulus Iskandar or its licensors. These Terms give you only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and web app for your own use. Feedback you give us may be used freely, without payment or attribution.

12. Third-party services

The Service works with third parties, such as Google (sign-in, Calendar, Tasks, Play billing), GitHub, RevenueCat and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. If a third party changes or ends its service, parts of Pingr that depend on it may change or stop working.

13. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance. If we end the Service we will give reasonable notice, let you export your data, and refund the unused part of any prepaid period to the extent the store allows.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS, SYNC OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE TIMELY, ACCURATE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL, MEDICAL, LEGAL OR SAFETY SYSTEMS.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, MISSED OR LATE ALERTS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR DEADLINES, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US$50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or intentional misconduct.

16. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will defend and compensate us against claims and reasonable costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or of someone else's rights.

17. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Pingr and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the law, or put the Service or others at risk, and will tell you why where we can. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) do so.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any material change by email or in the app before it takes effect, and update the date above. If you do not accept the change, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please first contact support@pingr.360framed.com so we can try to resolve a problem informally; if that does not work, disputes go to the courts of Indonesia. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or right to go to court in your country of residence.

Language. These Terms are made in English. An Indonesian version is available at pingr.360framed.com/terms/id, and for users in Indonesia that version prevails in an inconsistency.

20. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the Service. You consent to receive notices from us electronically.
